{"id":1173,"date":"2006-04-30T21:33:00","date_gmt":"2006-05-01T04:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/generoseberry.com\/?p=1173"},"modified":"2006-04-30T21:33:00","modified_gmt":"2006-05-01T04:33:00","slug":"london-long-time-coming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/generoseberry.com\/?p=1173","title":{"rendered":"London, long time coming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">1-26-06<o:p><\/o:p><\/span>  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\"><span style=\"\">            <\/span>I\u2019ve not written much the last couple days.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I\u2019m not surprised.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Kait\u2019s around so now I don\u2019t have much alone time.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I finished all my reading before she came.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I don\u2019t know what I\u2019m going to write for my final.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I wish I had the time on the plane to write.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Oh well.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\"><span style=\"\">            <\/span>I\u2019m going to the <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">British<\/st1:placename> <st1:placetype st=\"on\">Museum<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> again today.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I\u2019m going to let Kait and her friends choose the exhibits since I\u2019ve seen most everything and <\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">I\u2019ll just look at that which I didn\u2019t pay too much attention to last time.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\"><span style=\"\">            <\/span>Lauren looks like a desperate house wife.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Sad, nervous, and her hair-do.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\"><span style=\"\">            <\/span>\u201cI had five years of single bliss, but then I decided, well, I\u2019d better put my head back in the noose.\u201d<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.75in; text-indent: -0.25in;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]-- ><span style=\"\">-<span style=\"\">          <\/span><\/span><!-- [endif]-- ><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Dr. Ericksen<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">I\u2019m on the \u201cunderground\u201d heading towards the <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">British<\/st1:placename> <st1:placetype st=\"on\">Museum<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> where hopefully I\u2019ll meet Kait and some of her classmates.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I took out my notebook to note that I think I\u2019ve seen more mohawks in <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:city st=\"on\">London<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> than anywhere else.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Wonder why that is. Maybe the rebel fashion is just behind.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I\u2019ve also noticed that many women wear enormous, and often, in my humble opinion, gaudy, rings.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>They probably do in the states, I\u2019m just not in contact with many women not of my generation.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">I think I\u2019ve pretty much seen everything in the <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">British<\/st1:placename> <st1:placetype st=\"on\">Museum<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> now.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>So that\u2019s good.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>11 hours.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Kait was found.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Looking forward to the play tonight.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Had a cheap kebab thing for dinner so I had some ice cream for dessert.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Spent some of the \u00a320 on that.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>The food was very good but I\u2019m looking forward to cheap again.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">This theater is very pr<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">etty.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Chairs are comfy and nicely spaced.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>Maybe the acting will even be good.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">That play was pretty hammy.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>The critic wasn\u2019t wrong.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I didn\u2019t dislike the play however.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I think I\u2019ve seen a rendition I liked more before though.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  \n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">\u201cThere are signs all around here looking for male hair models.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>They\u2019ll give you free haircuts.<span style=\"\">  <\/span>I think maybe you haven\u2019t considered it as a career option\u201d<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n  <!-- [if !supportLists]-- ><span style=\"\">-<span style=\"\">          <\/span><\/span><!-- [endif]-- ><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Kait\u2019s friend, Rachel\n\n<\/span>I find myself with a bit of time so I'm going to post a bunch of london pictures I forgot to post before.<a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/1742\/795\/1600\/Mike.0.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" title = \"This is me really capturing Mike's essence.\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/1742\/795\/320\/Mike.0.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/1742\/795\/1600\/castle.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" title=\"Castle j0.
