Tomorrow is some one’s birthday according to facebook.\u00a0 Actually, two people’s.\u00a0 It’s always some one’s birthday.\u00a0 Anyway, facebook prompts you to give the birthday boys and birthday girls gifts, but they just want you to send them some stupid facebook sticker or something.<\/p>\n
There should exist a system where I click, give a gift, and then give some dollar amount.\u00a0 The money is taken from my account, and sent to the recipients account.\u00a0 On the recipients side, they have a list of items they want.\u00a0 If they have lots of items, the system just buys one of the items that is the correct amount for the amount I paid.\u00a0 If nothing exists, the system just holds the money, and pools it with other gift givers until it can buy something on the list.\u00a0 Once the system buys something it just auto sends it to the receiver and has a list of those who contributed to the gift.\u00a0 Sweet ya?<\/p>\n
It would have to have some method of allowing the users to get money out, so money doesn’t just stay in limbo forever, but such a system would greatly improve my feelings about gift giving.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
