I dunno how well this is researched, but it will only take a second to look at so I think it’s worth it. 🙂 Silly people.

Doing research atm. In the lab. Wearing gloves and everything. Going to go see one of the prospective professors to replay Dr. Hare at 3. Hopefully these gel things are done by then. Looks like they’re going to be.

The Magic cards aren’t here yet, so no Magic tournament for me. 🙁 Not yet anyway. It’s ok though, I have quite a bit of homework to do anyway.

D&D tomorrow. Excitement. 8 can’t play cause she has to be in the theater all day. 🙁 Poor 8.

Ctrl+Alt+Del is scheduled to be made into an animated series to be released Feb. of 2006. I’m not aware if it’s going to be an entirely online thing or if it’s going to be on actual TV since I just found out about this and haven’t done my homework yet. Anyway, Ctrl+Alt+Del is on my list of comics I read that I used to post every now and then, and it’s up there. Good stuff. It makes me happy when things I like succeed instead of being trampled on, like Firefly, like Clone High, like Undergrads, etc. Anyway, check that out. Especially if you are a gamer.

It’s cold outside. It was all slippery last night. There are talks of canceling things since it might do the freezing rain thing or something. 🙂 I dun drive, I’m safe.

8 was going to post, but I came home and distracted her. She’s at the final rehearsal for her play now. It’s Wednesday at 7 and 9 pm if anyone wants to go. Free. 🙂

Pretty much just one more week of classes until finals and such. So things are kinda hectic around here. I’ve got a paper due on Friday, and normal work stuff. I have a web page I’m supposed to be finishing. There are going to be 4 guest lectures in the next 7 days. They’re trying to find someone to replace a retiring bio guy, so I’m going to go to those and offer my opinions, and learn about the new profs prospects and the research they’re doing. Should be cool, but more time gone. 🙂 Time not blogging.

Mom wants me to make a Christmas list, any suggestions?

I guess I should write something school related. How come I can’t get a paracurricular credit for this blog? It’s over 100k words.

So I was wrong. Pat didn’t go back to school. He showed up and played chess w/ Brittany. They had a draw. Afterward I went with them to Pat’s to watch Happy Endings. This movie falls into the same category as Crash and Me and You and Everyone We Know. It was worse than both of those I think though. More sex, less funny, less thought provoking. I gave it a 5.

Podcasts are good.

You know that blog ticker on the main page that shows the blogs that have been updated this minute. Every minute or so there’s a “blog” that is really just about 5 dozen links to a porn site. I haven’t figured out how they do it yet. It’s interesting. Good form of advertising.

Wow… I’m really bad at reviewing movies. 🙂

So I’ve not been doing much work during my vacation. I looked at the due dates and realized I had some procrastination time left. I’ve been chilling w/ my friends and absorbing various media. I saw The Legend of Zorro. It was pretty bad. But not nearly as bad as Sometimes They Come Back… Again. That second movie was on the sci-fi channel at 1 AM today. For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, it is about three evil teenagers who partially complete a ritual to become immortal and the victims of the ritual. In the first movie, presumably, they sacrifice the sister of the father of the would be victim in this movie. Lots of people died. I gave it a 1 on IMDB.com. Yeah.

Pat went back to school already. I’m going back tomorrow. I’ll be doing the last leg of the drive w/ 8. She is in Vancouver and her ride (her mom I think) has been so kind as to invite me.

8 hasn’t been updating much. I think she’s been busy and away from a computer. She did get all the data off her hard drive, so she doesn’t have to re-write her novel(la).

Mmmm… turkey.
