Much D&Ding
There has been much D&Ding going on on campus. I’m not in all of it, and that’s kinda new. What am in is fun though. More roleplaying than usual for me/us. 8 missed out on some epic stuff. 🙁 Dimitri is DMing, but since we had 10 people, he split it into two groups. Keston is DMing one. John is DMing one. Dawn is going to start one. 8 is at least trying to run a newbie campaign… it’s a lot of D&D. Yay!
I only mention cause pretty much all of yesterday I was playing, so I have nothing real to talk about. Homework is boring. Test on Tuesday. Test on Friday. Comp Sci is going to make me write an essay. Gonna be rough homework wise in the near future. 🙁
lame. I want to play. /sigh

Take my own advice
I think we should all write our congresspeople and tell them to write and pass a bill that says that the person who invents immortality cannot sell it like a normal product. Instead, it will be offered free to everyone. The inventor gets to be a world hero, and gets pretty much anything they want for the rest of their life, but they don’t get to sell it in the standard way. This will totally help avoid riots and such once it happens.
I haven’t slept enough.
On Wednesday my vert phys lab involved succinylcholine. That’s the chemical those Amazon people use to kill each other. It paralyzes all the skeletal muscles in the body in a couple seconds. It’s pretty nasty stuff. Cool though. We also totally cut up a few frogs.

So I went to another one of those philosophy lecture things last night. The guy doing it is this professor that retired, and has been teaching here for like 300 years or something. Anyway, I didn’t think much of the lecture. The philosophy is basic and simple, like all philosophy as far as I know, and doesn’t actually help with anything. However, they were talking about how it’s good to have an involved philosopher, which I think is good. If you’re going to be a philosopher you had better run for office and volunteer and stuff too.
I think philosophers should start trying to figure out what to do if specific events unfold in the future. Like, if we achieve a life span of 1,000 years, or meet aliens, or time travel, or whatever. That would be way more interesting.
I’m going to a science colloquium today. It will be cooler I suspect.
8’s been doing tons of directing stuff lately, and her computer is kinda broken, and the internet isn’t working so well at her place, so that’s why she’s not been updating much. She and the rest of her directing class have been picking actors for their big scenes. Apparently that takes about 24 hours of work for 80 odd people. 1920 man hours. Kinda weird when you think of things like that huh.
I have to write an ethics paper in my computer science class. Apparently the computer science major requires ethics in every class to be certified by the big organization or whatever. It’s got like a hypocratic oath for programmers. 😛 It’s silly. Kinda lame though. I mean, I’ve got work in other classes, and my homework in comp sci has been my fun homework at the end of the day type homework, but now the homework in comp sci is going to be the worst of all.
Two tests next week, that I know of. No yoga today. She never comes. Today some old people are throwing her a party I guess.
8 is leaving this weekend.
Class was supposed to start 3 minutes ago, but only 2 other students are here, and the professor is still missing. Oh, here they are. I guess I’ll learn about not hacking now.

My pedometer’s battery ran out. I didn’t even know it had a battery. Now all it does is flash no battery at me. I need a new 3V watch type battery. Please send it express, this is important. It’s my watch too, how will I know what time it is?
