Long time no update. Sorry. You haven’t missed much. The most important things involve breaking computers… which partially explains the lack of updates. Water was spilt on my computer… making the keyboard not very useful. I have aquired a wireless keyboard until such time as I can send it in and get it fixed. 8’s power cord is not functioning, so I’ve been letting her use my computer some. Her new cord is expected tomorrow.

Went and saw The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. It’s very good. I should probably read the books. I’ve been planning to read them for years. Maybe this summer.

Housing registration starts tomorrow for some people. I don’t have to do anything until next week.

Going to go to a lecture about the origin of Oregon’s name… assuming I remember where and when it is correctly.

Follow up

I’m currently in philosophy class. The evil ITS people added some new wireless hubs at the same time they cut off wireless access to people who don’t conform to their idea of security. Consequentially they’ve probably included wireless in all future crashes and slow downs… but in the mean time my laptop is more useful. Philosophy hasn’t actually started yet, so don’t worry.

I’ve been trying to find the Yoga person to get her to sign me into Yoga next semester but she’s elusive. She works in the HHPA building which I’ve only been in once for the mandatory speech at the beginning of the year freshman year. She has no office either. I dunno what she looks like. Oh, whoa is me. I’ll figure it out. However, I walk out the back doors because they are closer to my dorm and there is a distinct smell out there. It changes daily however, at least the two times I’ve been there. First day it was very distinctly smelling of tartar sauce. Yesterday it was rubber. *shakes head*

Watched Brazil yesterday. It’s a good movie. I found it very funny in a way most things aren’t.

I suppose I should listen to philosophy.

also this is quite me.

As it stands I’m taking vertebrate physiology, and intro to computer science. The physics people said they’ll sign me in tomorrow though, and if the yoga lady is nice, I might get to do that too. Have to do a bunch of in person adding smeg though. I don’t like that, but whatever.

My philosophy class was cancelled today, and he pushed back the test until Monday. Just another example of how philosophy is easy… really really easy. Good though, give me more time to work on chem homework tomorrow.

The test in micro tomorrow is looking alright… so long as I study for the rest of my waking hours until the class. 😛 And so long as he doesn’t want me to memorize a bunch of stupid taxonomy. If he does… well… I’m prepared to be docked points.

Kait went and found out that the kitchens aren’t going to be removed from Dana so the living plans for next year can move forward. Hurray!

No more writing for now. Study me. Actually, eat first, then study.
