Bob’s here. We’ve been not sleeping much so I’ve been too tired to update. I’m too tired now too, but it’s been so long I was starting to feel bad. 🙂
The normal WoW playing has been happening. Also, I’ve nearly beaten Ratchet and Clank just from playing randomly when I was a little out of things to do. I’ve been my neglecting my reading, unlike my wonderful partner in blogging. 😛 I shouldn’t, but I have a hard time reading w/ distractions, and there are always distractions lately.
Yesterday I went jet skiing. Never have done that before. I got to drive a bit. The jet ski sorta broke, but I dun think it was my fault. Overheated for a bit. We (Pat, Bob, and I) were an hour late getting there so we ended up only having an hour or so on the water, but since I’d never done it before it’s still worth mentioning. I wasn’t real eager, but I have to admit going fast was pretty fun. I haven’t figured out turning very well yet, maybe next time. 😛
Today I went to the courthouse for jury duty stuff. I am part of a big group all selected for one trial. It’s a big civil suit that they think is going to take 6 to 8 weeks. All I had to do was fill out a questionnaire thing. I have to go back today though. I expect they’ll tell me to leave today though, since I’ll be back in Oregon by then.
Sin City we are to be watching soon. Hopefully the bootleg copy Brittany got will be alright. I’ve seen it already (my gf has good taste) so I’ll be good either way.
The other major time waster has been playing pool at Pat’s neighbor. Today Steve and Scott were over so we were 5. We sorta made up a 5 man cut throat game. It was quite fun in my opinion. We made it so scratches resulted in taking a ball out of the pocket of the number set that had the fewest balls left, not including those of the scratcher. Ties were settled by best 2 of 3 rock-paper-scissors. I am undefeated in the rock-paper-scissors department. It was a good game because skill had little to do with it. 🙂 I think we should patent it or whatever.
Bob bought me ice cream. Actually he bought me a rubber like polymer altered to taste like ice cream, but close enough. He says he’ll send me some pictures of the jet skiing some time so I’ll put a select few up maybe. His friend sent him a bunch of Toy Box. I like their music much for some reason. I’m going to get him to send what he has to me so I can listen on repeat. 🙂 I can’t find a good download of the stuff for some reason.
If I dun get kicked off the jury process tomorrow I’ll be sure and let you know. 🙂 I’ll prolly let you know “irregardless” as the chief commissioner would say. Blah.
